Oakridge Camp offers its staff the tremendous opportunity to live on a Christian camp property, become involved in a camp ministry, experience personal discipleship and Bible study/memorization, and to serve the Lord, other staff, and retreat guests in various ways. Whether it's a day, week, summer or full year, your time at Oakridge will be a wonderful opportunity to unplug from your normal environment and focus on the Lord Jesus.

Oakridge hires teenagers, young adults, and even families to become a part of our Staff.

It is the chance to complete ordinary tasks like raking, serving food, washing dishes, cleaning messes, painting, etc. for an extraordinary purpose: honoring the Lord by serving people and living in community.

Staff responsibilities Include:

Assisting in Oakridge Ministry development in areas such as food service, housekeeping, recreation, camp maintenance, landscaping, office assistance, Snack Shack and concessions, summer camp counseling, Oakridge programs, music, church ministry, etc. Your assigned responsibilities will depend on your personal gifts, abilities, and experience. All Staff will be given opportunities for personal growth in the areas of discipleship training, Bible study and memorization, and spiritual disciplines.
